Join us for a one day workshop to learn how to install a low-voltage solar photovoltaic (PV) system. In this training workshop you will gain a basic understanding of how to install a small-scale low-voltage solar photovoltaic (PV) system. The workshop includes a mix of practical hands-on exercises and overview of solar fundamentals. It culminates with the connection of components used in a basic off-grid solar electric system. The workshop is intended for beginners, no previous solar experience is required.

Workshop content includes:
– Electricity principles
– Solar system fundamentals
– Solar system installation steps
– Connections and wiring techniques
– System troubleshooting

Lunch and coffee break is provided in the workshop fee.
