Over the years we have had countless, dedicated individuals who have invested their time and passion in technical support, IT, training and research, administration, community awareness and fundraising. As volunteer positions arise, LUTW will post them here so check back often!
International Opportunities
The majority of our international work is carried out by local staff and project partners, therefore we do not recruit volunteers for all of our overseas projects. Our aim is to build local capacity where and when we can. With that said, there special projects may arise from time to time that may be well suited for volunteers with a specific skill set. If you think you would be a good match for our organization, please send us your CV, statement of interest, language skills and availability.
Academic Research
LUTW may offer local and field-based volunteer opportunities to qualified applicants. Knowing that volunteers and researchers have a vast and diverse set of skills to offer, LUTW aspires to best match talent with project needs. There is also the possibility of integrating volunteering with post-secondary degree requirements or as part of a research project. If you are interested in conducting research at the post graduate level, please contact us to discuss your ideas.
